About this item
The clamps are supplied with two types of screws:
— Shortened, designed for sharpening thin knives, at minimal angles;
— Standard, designed for knives with a spine thickness of up to 3.5 mm.
- TSPROF Kadet fillet clamps are specifically made for securing knives with a spine thickness of 3.5 mm or less on a TSPROF Kadet Expert sharpener. The outer surface is radially convex to enable adjustment of sharpening angles below 7.5° on each side.
- The clamps are designed for the TSPROF Kadet sharpening system.
